NOISE is a being as old as time itself. NOISE is a being dedicated wholly dedicated to ensuring suffering, ensuring that all beings across all the universe suffer.
NOISE is fuelled by the suffering of others all across the infinite expanse of the universe and the desire to cause as much of it as possible. NOISE is not capable of mercy or discernment, its not about Purpose, Desire, Gain, Or any concept imaginable by any mortal Human, Many have tried to explain why NOISE is, but none have come to a conclusion.
Once every 25 years, NOISE picks one individual being to target, and once NOISE has decided on a target, nothing but one thing can ever stop him from tormenting them for years on end.
That one thing Being SILENCE, SILENCE is the polar Opposite of NOISE, having surfaced around the same time, the two were always in conflict, fighting for millennia upon millennia, never quite stopping for long, well long in terms of their existences.
